Using markup tools that will save you loads of time!
This is one of the best features Acrobat has brought out yet! If you need to give someone changes to a pdf ie. Instruct changes to your logo design, brochure, poster, corporate stationery etc. you don't have to send it all in an email listing every single change under different bullet points. We all know how time consuming that is!
Acrobat Reader has added “Comments and Markup tools” for you to simply mark on the pdf what you want to see changed whter it is using the Add Sticky Note or maybe the Red Line tools. Always make sure you have the latest downloaded Reader as I think they brought this out in Acrobat Reader 7 and we are now up to 10.1.2. So if you download the latest version you are definitely set to go.
I have so many clients that still are using email to instruct changes to their promotional material because they haven’t downloaded the latest Acrobat Reader or they simply haven’t taken 5 minutes to teach themselves how to use this brilliant feature.
